We are a heavily funded Silicon Valley startup developing next-generation AI-based automation tools for logistics and operations management. Our mission is to transform the way we work with fully agent-based AI systems that not only underpin our product, but also accelerate our own development process.

We recently closed a funding round and are rapidly scaling with a world-class team of technical experts and executives. This role is an opportunity to help build a platform where AI develops the product side-by-side with you: from backend logic to real-time voice integration and autonomous workflows.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain key platform features (frontend and backend);

• Create rapid prototyping and manufacturing processes using integration platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) is a core part of the role, not an optional extra;

• Designing and implementing robust APIs, automation flows and real-time integrations with external systems;

• Working with our stack: TypeScript / Node.js for core functions, integration tools for automation and AI platforms for development agents;

• Close cooperation with engineers, designers and product managers in the format of fast weekly sprints;

• Deployment, monitoring and optimization of applications on Vercel and in the cloud infrastructure;

• Contribution to the architecture of AI agents and improving the behavior of autonomous workers processes;

• Research and implementation of new AI technologies to improve development productivity and intelligent capabilities of the platform.

What we expect from you:

• Deep experience with TypeScript and Node.js;

• Clear understanding of backend architecture, data flows and design API;

• High flexibility and willingness to work with different tools and platforms - not just traditional code;

• Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make or similar (critical);

• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate, choosing the best tool for a specific task;

• Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and integrations;

• Experience or strong interest in AI-based systems, agent frameworks or automation platforms;

• Proactive developer mindset ("builder mindset"): you work fast, dive deep into debugging, and care about clean code that is easy support;

• A pragmatic approach to tool selection: the ability to choose between code, no-code or low-code depending on the problem.
