The project is implemented with the financial support of the Government of the United States of America, the "VOICES OF CHILDREN CHARITY FUND" is implemented under the coordination of the BF "Right to Defense".

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the work of experts, area managers and partner organizations to fulfill project tasks and goals

  • Development of a detailed project implementation plan and control of the completion of tasks and indicators within the established deadlines

  • Communication with partners, project managers by direction, field teams in order to implement project tasks 

  • Collection and systematization of analytical, visual and administrative materials (forms, photos/videos, reports, etc.)

  • Preparation of reporting documentation according to templates

  • Collaboration with the financial and administrative team on budget and supporting documents

  • Assessment of implementation risks and prompt response to changes in the process of project implementation 

  • Ensuring compliance with Safeguarding and Child Safeguarding policies within the project

  • Monitoring project progress against logframes, indicators and targets

Requirements:

  • Higher education in project management, social sciences, pedagogy, psychology, public administration or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or coordinating humanitarian or social projects

  • Ability to coordinate the work of an interdisciplinary team and interact effectively with stakeholders

  • Experience in preparing reports for foreign donors in compliance with project requirements 

  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written), confident user of MS Office and Google Workspace,

  • Knowledge of the English language from level B2.
