During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.
GOGreenlandia in partnership with Norwegian National Aid (NPAid) invites kcoordinator / coordinator of the project for the successful implementation of the tasks of the project "Integrated approach to response to the crisis", aimed at increasing the public's awareness of security during crisis situations. Our goal is to provide people with knowledge and skills for self-defense in extreme situations, including in war.
Main responsibilities:
- Overall coordination of project implementation according to the approved plan and donor requirements;
- Coordinating the work of the project team and involved specialists, ensuring harmonious interaction between all project participants during the planning and implementation of activities;
- Control of compliance with deadlines, the quality of the implementation of activities and the use of resources;
- Collection, summarization and preparation of regular reports for the management of the organization and donor;
- Ensuring compliance with humanitarian principles, security standards and internal policies of the organization.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in working with projects in the field informing the population, security or civil protection;
- Experience in coordinating projects in public, humanitarian or international organizations;
- Understanding the project management cycle (planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting);
- Ability to organize team work and coordinate several processes at the same time;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work with documentation and reports;
- Proficient command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
- Responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
