1Pre-investment phase of the project:
Negotiations of the pre-investment phase;
Approval of project decisions;
- Control of the compilation of estimate documentation;
- Compilation and approval of work schedules;
- Signing of subcontracts;
- Investment phase of implementation of the project:
- Control of compliance with work performance schedules;
- Signing of subcontracting agreements;
- Control of work performance by subcontracting organizations;
- Control of the quality of work performance, compliance with DBN;
- Control of timely reporting on the progress of work performance to the Customer;
- Control of the quality of used materials and technology of work performance;
- Submission of financial reporting on the use of funds, applications for financing;
- Control over the development and correction of project documentation.
- Commissioning of the object:
- Transfer of the results of the completed works to the Customer;
- Submission of executive documentation;
- Control over the preparation of Acts of completed works;
- Signing of Acts of completed works and executive documentation;
Control of submission of Acts of completed works and executive documentation by subcontracting organizations.
