Project Manager in DIGITUM

Digitum is innovative MarTech that actively develops product ecosystem for clients working with customer databases - developing IT solutions and marketing creative tools based on customer research and data science. 

 Project Manager

 Experience:  

• 2+ years / in IT or digital project management, including team coordination, business analysis, and project delivery 
• Proactive, self-driven, able to define tasks independently, manage multiple projects, provide regular status updates, translate requirements into actions
• Proficient in project management, documentation, communication, and office tools (Jira/alternatives, Confluence, Google Workspace, MS Office, Miro/Figma /alternatives)
• Fluency in English is a must (C1).

 Tasks:

• Participate in project discovery and requirement clarification
• Maintain project documentation (requirements, user stories, project plans, decisions, risks)
• Support Agile processes (Scrum / Kanban) and adapt them to project needs
• Facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and business teams
• Assist in release planning and delivery coordination
• Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
• Ensure transparency of progress and risks across all assigned projects
• Support basic risk management and mitigation planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project and delivery processes
