Experience in managing several projects simultaneously;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Initiative and willingness to assume the role of coordinator and facilitator of processes.
The complete cycle of project management;
Formation of project plans, timings and their execution control;
Setting tasks for the team and controlling quality and deadlines;
Coordination of work between departments and involved contractors;
Conducting status meetings, synchronizations and work meetings;
Risk management, prompt resolution of problematic issues;
Ensuring transparent communication between all project participants;
Preparation of reports on the status and results of projects;
Adherence to internal company processes and standards.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience in project management or related role from 1 year;
Ability to clearly formulate tasks and the expected result;
Analytical thinking and result orientation;
Ability to work with people, listen to feedback and find solutions.
Willingness to develop, improve processes and grow together with the team.
