In connection with active development, we are looking for a Technical Director who will become part of our Team and organize the smooth operation of the current markets of the network and the opening of new Delvi markets

Your responsibilities:

• Formation and organization of effective work of a team of specialists for technical maintenance of network markets.
• Interaction with contracting organizations, executors of assembly and repair work, by other contractors.
• Organization of maintenance and repair of equipment on site.
• Control of compliance with deadlines and quality of repair work.
• Monitoring of energy consumption in stores and search for ways of optimization.
• Control of commissioning of new retail facilities.
• Reporting.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Experience in technical positions (preferably in retail, service or production)
• Experience in working with subcontractors
• Team
• Own a car (for business trips)
• Analytical approach to solving technical issues

• Ability to learn and make decisions

• Resistance in communicating with conflicted people
• Responsibility, organization and communication
