Project manager in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• support and accompany strategic projects of a bank-wide nature;
• organize and manage initiatives, provide conclusions on expediency, substantiation of the resources necessary for their implementation;
• select the main means for the implementation of the project: the team that will implement the project, materials for implementation, compilation and agreement with the team of the Project Plan (Roadmap), monitor the status of its implementation, report on the project life cycle;
• analyze the current status of processes/procedures, monitor data for further backlog formation project;
• determine gaps between the current and desired future state of the process/procedure, values for the Bank with priorities for improvement;
• negotiate the implementation of projects and agree on such implementation with the Bank's collegial bodies in accordance with internal regulatory documents;
• ensure, if necessary, the creation of requests to regulatory bodies, to external partner companies, unions/associations and divisions of the Bank regarding the provision of clarifications and information necessary for the implementation of initiatives related to the process;
• implement tasks assigned to projects in accordance with plans and strategies in accordance with the requirements of approved internal regulatory documents on issues related to project activities;
• participate in the development/introduction of changes and amendments to the Bank's internal documents regulating the Center's activities;
• provide consultations and ensure effective interaction with the Bank's divisions on issues related to the Center's competence.

You are suitable if you have:

• complete higher education;
• experience work in the banking sector, in the direction of project management or analytics - from 1 year;
• command of the English language (min. B1);
• communication skills and the ability to find solutions, organizing and conducting meetings, drawing up project documentation;
• experience working in the Jira system.
