Project Manager in Torgoviy dim Boychak, TOV

Boichak Trading House is the largest distributor of confectionery products in Ukraine. We provide efficient delivery of products to all regions of the country and actively implement modern IT solutions to increase business efficiency.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will combine sales, logistics and IT teams to implement large-scale automation projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of IT and business projects in the field of distribution, sales and logistics.
• Coordination of implementation and integration of systems (logistics + sales).
• Optimization of business processes: order > warehouse > delivery > client.
• Development and support of e-commerce systems, B2B platforms, online sales.
• Cooperation with the sales department for CRM automation, reporting and analytics.
• Planning of resources, budget and project implementation deadlines.
• Coordination of team work (developers, analysts, IT specialists, marketing, sales).
• Preparation reports for management: statuses, risks, KPIs.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager in logistics, distribution, e-commerce or FMCG.
• Understanding business processes distribution, warehouse logistics and sales.
• Practical experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Understanding the principles of e-commerce and B2B/B2C sales.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in managing sales automation and logistics projects at the same time.
• Working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM analytics, e-commerce dashboards).
