We are looking for a Product Support specialist who likes to help customers, is well versed in technical processes and is able to develop together with the product.
Responsibilities:
supporting B2B clients in chats;
analysis, reproduction and resolution of technical issues;
conducting product demos and onboarding new users;
creating and updating the knowledge base: manuals, screencasts;
gathering feedback and initiating improvements of the product;
interaction with Product, Dev and Design teams.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in IT (Support / QA / Project / Product);
English Upper-Intermediate.
