Project Manager (Sales Manager) in the field of scientific publications -
The company has been a leader in the market of scientific publications in Ukraine since 2007. They help scientists and researchers publish their work in leading domestic and international journals.
 Working conditions:

? Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (optional).? Work format: remote.

? Salary: during the trial period, the rate is UAH 20,000 + 7% of sales. After the trial period, the percentage of sales increases, the motivation system does not limit your income.

- Employment: we conclude a contract with an employee, as with an FOP. Employment is possible if there is a desire from the employee.

- There is a possibility of professional development, the company has its own certificates and internships and can provide free of charge to employees.

- Compensation of all work expenses, paid vacation, training and certification at the expense of the company, career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Active sales of services (publishing articles, writing dissertations, etc.) through messengers (Viber) and social networks (Facebook).

- Consulting clients, processing incoming applications, conducting negotiations.

- Full project management: from receiving an order to publication and indexing of an article.

- Selection of scientific journals, monitoring of work by authors and translators.

- Work with documentation (contracts, invoices) and reporting in CRM system.

 Requirements: 

- 1 year of experience as a sales manager or project manager.

- Experience working with texts (author, editor, copywriter) will be a significant advantage.

- Ability to work with CRM, Google Sheets, telephony.

- High level of self-organization, communication skills, customer orientation and stress resistance.
