We are looking for a Project Manager for our partner specializing in recruitment and outstaffing/merchandising services across Ukraine for local and international client companies. 

• I work in the structure of an international group of companies.
• Schedule: MON-FRI 08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
• Pet-friendly office located in Kyiv on Saksaganskoho St. (Tsirku district, Vokzalna/University).

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from start to finish (recruitment, launch, coordination, closing). 
• Controlling the work of coordinators and recruiters on their projects. 
• Planning the need for personnel together with the client and transferring the application to the team.
• Monitoring indicators (exits, absenteeism, work efficiency). 
• Organization of staff replacement in case of absence. 
• Control of project documentation (tables, reports, acts). 
• Planning of advertising campaigns for your projects (in cooperation with recruiters). 
• Control of registration of executors (handover of documents, signing of contracts, entry into the database). 
• Organization or control of compliance with labor protection on projects: ordering and issuing PPE, organization of briefings, certificates, etc.
