Product Manager Fintech (PDL) in AventusGroup

Aventus Group is expanding its fintech ecosystem and launching new digital financial products adapted to fast-growing markets.

We are looking for an experienced PDL Product Manager to be responsible for product strategy, development and growth in Aventus regions.

This is a remote position with the possibility of international business trips.

Your mission

As Product Manager PDL, you will be responsible for creating and scaling fintech products in Aventus regions. 
You will work at the intersection of technology, marketing, operations and customer experience, ensuring product fit to market needs and sustainable growth.

Essential Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing product strategy for Aventus regions;
• Managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling;
• Working closely with development teams to create quality fintech solutions;
• Coordination with IT, marketing, debt collection and call center teams;
• Aligning product development with business goals and operational capabilities;
• Improving the customer journey, conversion rates and retention;
• Using data-driven approaches to increase efficiency product.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management in fintech or retail banking 3+ years;
• Experience in IT, marketing, collection and call center work;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment environment;
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of responsibility.
