Ukrainian charitable foundation announces a competition for the position of Pproject manager.

Charitable foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in the East of Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

It is important for us that a person shares the values of the foundation: dignity, respect, professionalism, capacity building, independence, love for Ukraine and the desire to invest in its development, environmental communication, initiative, cooperation, honesty, equal treatment of everyone regardless of position, readiness for challenges, systemic thinking.

We are looking for a person who can lead strategic projects of the Foundation, ensure their effectiveness and sustainable impact, form a systematic approach in working with donors and partners, develop a team of junior managers.

Requirements:

• Project Portfolio Management
• Experience of working with international donors and grant programs
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial of management
• Data analytics and KPI construction
• English - B2+ level
• Leadership and strategic thinking
• Ability to make decisions in crisis situations
• Systematic and analytical
• High level of communication and presentation skills
• Mentoring and development of colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Development and launch of complex programs and projects.
• Management of several projects at the same time.
• Building strategies for cooperation with donors, partners, stakeholders.
• Project effectiveness analysis, process optimization.
• Mentoring and development of the management team.
• Representation of the Fund at international and national meetings.
