Public organization "Club of fishermen of Ukraine — Yue Fishing Club" is an innovative organization aimed at creating a better future for children, youth of Ukraine and the world. We are actively engaged in non-formal education, psychosocial assistance and advocacy.

NPO "Fishermen's Club of Ukraine" has representative offices and offices in 15 regions of Ukraine, the main team of the organization has more than 400 permanent staff.

The organization works in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Zakarpattia, Kyiv, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Kherson and Sumy regions.

What needs to be done:

• Development of detailed plans and timelines for project implementation
• Participation in recruiting team
• Organization of the work of the project team
• Participation in communication with the donor
• Control of the quality of the work and project implementation deadlines and preparation of reports
• Participation in strategic and other project meetings
• Control of budget implementation
• Control of all indicators

Qualification requirements:< /p>

• Experience in the organization and management of projects in non-profit organizations from 2 years
• Experience in conducting negotiations
• Orientation on the result
