Budgeting and financial reporting:
Calculation and adaptation of annual budgets for programs and projects.
Expenditure control, analysis of compliance of actual expenses with budget plans.
Preparation of financial reports based on project results.
Organization of collection and processing of documents from contractors.
Project management:
Reception of requests from the CEO and the Supervisory Board for the implementation of projects and their evaluation.
Distribution of projects and tasks among the team, control of deadlines.
Communication with foreign and local contractors, organization of meetings.
Coordination of room reservations, equipment purchases and service payments.
Conducting technical inspections of locations before events.
Organization of events with the participation of ambassadors, partners and sponsors.
Creating a database of locations for events.
Creating and updating checklists for effective project management.
Organization of events:
Visual planning of zoning and creation of placement schemes.
Working with local contractors (catering, printing, furniture rental, technical support).
Organization of logistics: tickets, transport, hotel reservations.
Ensuring smooth operation during events.
Requirements:
Experience of Project Manager from 1 year.
Budgeting and financial control skills.
Ability to organize the work of a team and meet deadlines.
High level of communication and multitasking.
Knowledge of the English language at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
Experience there will be work with contractors and organization of events advantage.
