Your tasks will include:

• Managing project teams;
• Working with customers and constant communication;
• Building and adapting processes, creating and maintaining documentation;
• Creating a roadmap, building a team control and monitoring system;
• Managing tasks in YouTrack and MS Project;
• Working with risks, their avoidance or minimization;

What we expect:

• From 1 year management experienceobjects;
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Lean and Waterfall methodologies;
• Experience in using project management tools (YouTrack, MS Project, etc.);
• Management skills: 
  - Ability to plan, organize and monitor the implementation of projects.
  - Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks and motivate employees.
• Communication skills:
  - Ability to communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders and customers.
  - Ability to negotiate and manage expectations.
• Risk analysis and management:
  -Ability to identify risks and develop their strategies minimization.
• Education:
  - Higher education, preferably in the field of management, business or technology.
  - Availability of certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 etc.) will be a plus.
