We have our own TM Tufi profi - this is a line of products for salon business masters (gel varnishes, gels, sugaring, etc.)

And now we have an open position - Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• management of all project processes
• management and reconstruction of all project algorithms
• management - Production, warehouse, marketing (point), procurement, sales
• communication and event planning with the Events department
• inspire the team, control and lead forward
• manage the execution of the sales plan and influence on all the points that affect it
• project development planning
• analysis of competitors, analysis of events and discussion of participation in them
• involvement of schools, ambassadors, fruitful cooperation with marketing
• optimization of project processes
• cost control, reconciliation of costs and budgets.
• bringing the brand to other markets - working with Tufishop Poland
• reporting
