And today the Broadcasting Division of Starlight Media strong> invites a Project Manager to its team.

Your tasks will be:

• monitoring open financing opportunities from national and international donors (tenders, grants, forms for requesting financing, MTD); including maintaining a database of donor and partner opportunities; 
• preparation of a package of documents and a grant application in accordance with the criteria and deadlines of the competition (in Ukrainian and/or English); 
• development and coordination of the project concept proposal, a set of media activities, in accordance with the grantor's request; 
• conducting internal communication and coordinating the work of the involved units in the process of preparing grant documentation; including approval of the project budget, accompanying financial and legal documentation; writing concept notes and budget notes in accordance with the donor's requirements;
• maintaining communication with potential donors, partners, other relevant national and international stakeholders; including the organization of founding meetings, project presentations;
• participation in the process of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of projects financed by donors;
• participation in the preparation of reports to the manager.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education by specialty: economics, sociology, public relations, journalism;
• experience work from 1st year;
• experience in international companies/organizations will be an advantage;
• skills for working with texts in an official business style; high writing and editing skills;
• upper intermediate level of English for written and oral communication with partners;
• confident user Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Microsoft Teams, Zoom;
• high level of self-organization, system and structure, developed analytical thinking;
• ability to communicate effectively with partners and colleagues;
• multitasking and ability to work with large volumes of information to create well-founded applications;
• high level of interest in the field of media and personal motivation to develop in the field;
• interest in social initiatives and socially important projects;
• values ​​of non-discrimination and gender equality;
• desire and willingness to learn, improve, openness to new things;
