Expected performance:

• Performing the role of Pre-Sale manager;
• Preparation of technical tasks for the implementation of projects;
• Development and high-quality implementation of optimal or alternative solutions, if there is such a need for the client;
• Timely preparation of estimates and commercial proposals according to the request or prepared TOR;
• Control of the compliance of project implementation with the technical task or design decision;
• Correspondence of the actual profitability of the object to the planned one;
• Timely completion and closure of works (of the object);
• Adherence to deadlines and work performance technology;
• Actual unfinished production, there are no non-liquid material balances on warehouse.
• The most effective use of special equipment, equipment and subcontracting in order to maximize throughput and the number of implemented projects;
• Development of the concept of new products;

Tasks (thanks to which the expected work results will be achieved):

• Preparation and agreement with the client of technical tasks;
• Agreement of operational and technical documentation;< /li>
• Preparation of a preliminary estimate;
• Preparation of alternative work calculation options;
• Calculation and control of the cost of the object;
• Visits to objects for familiarization and information gathering;
• Monthly work planning;
• Weekly work planning;
• Planning stages of work performance;
• Preparation of calendar plans for the implementation of objects;
• Preparation of work assignments for specialists ;
• Organization of works at the object;
• Control of work execution by specialists;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Timely approval of changes to the technical specifications, terms of execution, nomenclature;
• Processing of the completed works form;
• Control of the work of subcontractors.
