Vacancy: Project Manager

A critically important enterprise, the "Mirne Nebo Kharkiv" charity fund, is looking for an experienced manager to implement projects.

Main duties ties:

• Planning and organization of projects: be responsible for the development and implementation of projects from the initial stage to completion, identify key stages and resources.
• Team management: coordinate the work of the team working on projects, assign tasks and monitor their execution.
• Communication with donors and partners: negotiate with donors within the framework of your project.
• Budget control: monitor project finances,
• Needs identification and audit: assess humanitarian needs in the region, analyze how the fund can help and propose new initiatives.
• Monitoring and evaluation: ensure the effectiveness of project implementation, monitor results, assess impact and implement adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring reporting: preparing regular reports for foundation management and donors, including financial, operational and analytical reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience of working with trade networks, regional representatives, international distributors will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2 (practical skills of spoken English);
• Availability of own car (preferred);
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine and abroad.

Working conditions:

• Salary 50,000 UAH;

• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00
