Project Manager in EvoPlay

Necessary skills:< /p>

• 2+ years of experience working as a PM in the IT field;
• Understanding project management tools and processes;
< li>Experience in the implementation of projects from the initialization stage to their completion;
• Experience in assessing the scope of project work and its prioritization;
• Experience in managing requirements, risks, requests for changes;
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Understanding different methodologies and requirements lifecycle, as well as software development;
• Experience using Jira/Confluence (or other tracking tools for task management);
• Ability to think structured, detail-oriented, analyze and communicate effectively;
• Ability to convey ideas in oral and written form in a simple, transparent in a way that is understandable for developers;
• Experience as a business analyst will be a plus.

Main duties:

• Organization and management of all stages of project(s) development;
• Decomposition and prioritization of tasks, preparation of technical tasks, implementation plan/roadmap;

• Planning the scope of work to achieve the goals of the project(s);
• Analyzing and implementing improvements to team processes/metrics to increase their productivity and quality of increments, which they deliver;
• Interaction with customers and various stakeholders (receiving and processing requirements; building effective and transparent communication; taking into account the interests of all parties when making a final decision);
• Conducting business analysis requirements, development and selection of optimal solutions for specific business tasks;
• Identification of potential risks and development of their management strategies;
• Decision problems arising in the course of work and development of action plans to solve them.
