Tourism manager in Tur-Grup / Tour-Group

Tour operator "TourGroup" is looking for experienced tourism managers to provide tourist servicesto the market of Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro.

Having offices in Rivne and in Lviv - you have the opportunity to join our team in these offices, as well as to work remotely from time to time.

What are we waiting for from you:

• Previous sales experience in tourism - at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of the market of tour operators, their sites and search engines;
• Experience using online booking systems;
• Good communication skills, ability to negotiate with agents (in Ukrainian language).

In addition, it will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the following countries -Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro;
• Be able to conduct price analysis with other tour operators;
• Personal travel experience: foreign trips to information tours, workshops, etc.;
• A valid foreign passport (possibility of foreign business trips);
• Interested in tourism and ready to share your knowledge with colleagues (love your job);
• Experience using CMS WordPress.

Your main responsibilities (I'm sure you know this business, but we also need to provide information from you):

• Advising travel agents about our travel products;
• Processing applications, confirming them, rebooking;
• Working with the Samotur online booking system and our WordPress site.

• Stable work schedule (in season - Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., off-season - Mon-Fri from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday shift);
