Main duties:

• Project planning: development of the plan, determination of stages, tasks, deadlines and resources
• Organization of team work: team formation, assignment of tasks, motivation of participants
• Resource management: optimization of resource use, budget control, prevention of overspending.
• Monitoring and control: tracking project progress, identifying and eliminating risks, maintaining documentation
• Communication and reporting: ensuring effective communication with the team, clients, preparing reports
• Risk management: identifying problems, developing plans actions, decision-making to minimize impact
• Completion of the project: summarizing, analysis of results, preparation of final documentation

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (partial higher education)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or other project management methodologies
• Understanding project life cycle stages< /li>
• Skills for planning and organizing work
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with different departments
• Free command of the Ukrainian language (including business language)
