Project Manager in The Gravity Agency

We are looking for a talented Project Manager in the team of our partners, the main the tasks of which will be the analysis of the behavior of users of the web product, as well as the coordination of the work of functional teams.

The position involves full-time employment remotely, so we are looking for a specialist from any point of Ukraine.


We expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager, product manager or business analyst;
• understanding of SEO-optimization and the basics of digital marketing;
• ability to analyze behavior of users of web products;
• experience with Trello, GA, data visualization tools.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

1. Project management:

• coordinating the work of the team of developers, designers, SEO team and editors to implement technical tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the website on the Laravel framework;
• planning and control of project execution, budget management and deadlines;
• organization of testing and implementation of new functions, updates and bug fixes.
  
  

2. Analytics and optimization:

• analysis of key indicators (traffic, user behavior) using Google Analytics or other tools;
• development of reports and recommendations to improve the site's performance;
• identifying new opportunities to improve user experience and achieve business goals;
• predicting risks and preventing them.
