Project Manager > that will work with full-cycle projects. Projects will have soft and hard components (physical serial production), which adds its own challenges and interest to their management.
Our wishes:
- Experience in project management from 1 year;
- Experience at enterprises with a full cycle of product manufacturing will be an advantage (if it is the manufacture of machinery or some electrical appliances, then it is ideal in general:);
- Ability to work with several projects simultaneously;
- Focus on finding solutions, not problems;
- Hassertiveness, ability to get results from team members of different age, gender, experience, etc.
- Proactivity (readinessconstantly independently initiate requests, and not wait for a problem to arrive);
- High level of administration (likes to organize everything)
Your duties:
- Project management in Worksection according to current standards;
- Creation of budgets, project roadmap;
- Solving problems on entrusted projects before shipment;
- Development team coordination;
- Team planning and synchronization;
- Expenditure planning and reporting on projects.
