We are looking for a strong Project Manager > that will work with full-cycle projects. Projects will have soft and hard components (physical serial production), which adds its own challenges and interest to their management.
Our wishes:

• Experience in project management from 1 year;
• Experience at enterprises with a full cycle of product manufacturing will be an advantage (if it is the manufacture of machinery or some electrical appliances, then it is ideal in general:);
• Ability to work with several projects simultaneously;
• Focus on finding solutions, not problems;
• Hassertiveness, ability to get results from team members of different age, gender, experience, etc.
• Proactivity (readinessconstantly independently initiate requests, and not wait for a problem to arrive);
• High level of administration (likes to organize everything)

Your duties:

• Project management in Worksection according to current standards;
• Creation of budgets, project roadmap;
• Solving problems on entrusted projects before shipment;
• Development team coordination;
• Team planning and synchronization;
• Expenditure planning and reporting on projects.
