• Control of projects in 2 directions - commercial and military (both development from scratch and support of projects of already existing products);
• Planning, control, motivation of a team of 6 PMs;
• Control of the supply and support department;
• Approval of Roadmaps and project budgets;
• Planning the work of cross-team departments;
• Approval of costs for projects;
• Optimization of interaction processes between development departments and mass production

• Professional experience in project management (from 2 years). Including various project management methods (Scrum, Agile, Lean, Kanban);
• Professional experience in team management (from the 1st yeareye);
