Project Manager in ARZINGER

We invite you to join the Arzinger team as a Project Manager.

Main tasks:

• Planning, organization and control of projects from start to finish.
• Manage all aspects of projects: resources, timelines, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with teams to establish clear project goals, timelines, and expectations.
• Implementation of project management standards (PMO ) according to best practices.
• Coordinating the work of teams, including internal teams and external contractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Conducting regular meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintenance of project documentation, including project planning, reporting and completion.
• Implementation and use of project management tools (systems, methodologies, reports, etc.).
• Risk and problem management, operational solving emerging issues.

Basic requirements:

• Work experience: at least 3 years as a project manager.
• Knowledge of modern project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall and others.
• Experience of working with project management systems: Jira, Asana, or others.
• Experience planning and implementing projects from concept to completion.
• Team management and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
< li>Effective management of time, budget and project resources.
• High level of organization and result orientation.
• English language: Intermediate or higher.
