What you should have:

• one year of experience as an Account Manager and experience in managing 10 contractors/projects;
• experience with CRM/ERP systems;< /li>
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level;
• ability to make decisions in conditions of limited information;
• understanding the basics of computer science;
• time management at a high level.

Main duties:

•  support and development of partnerships with clients on outstaff projects;
• invoicing and control of receivables on outstaff projects and with company partners;
• quality control of the company's outstaff services, resolution of controversial issues and building long-term relationships;
• drawing up weekly and quarterly work plans for outstaff projects;
• outstaff development of the company direction.
