We invite a Project Manager (production of croutons and eclairs).

Tasks:

• launch and project management;
• implementation of croutons and eclairs cooking standards;
• development and implementation of the launch of a line for the production of croutons and eclairs;
• recruitment, training of personnel and team formation.

Requirements:

• work experience as a technologist in the production of bakery products and confectionery products from 2 years;
• higher education (preferably food industry);
• experience in implementing projects in this direction;
• knowledge of bakery and confectionery production technologies.
