Project manager in Smart Solutions

Fillin is a leading company in the field of facility management, which provides comprehensive services for the management and support of the infrastructure of facilities. And right now we are looking for a project manager who will communicate with clients and promptly resolve their requests. 

Main functional responsibilities:

1. Selection and search of specialists (such as plumbers, electricians , locksmiths, air conditioner repairmen and other specialists needed to perform work at the facilities).

2. Communication with the customer (regular communication with customers to clarify requirements and expectations, as well as support interaction with the client during the implementation of projects and after).

3. Organization and control of completed works (coordination and supervision for the performance of works at the objects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of work performance).

4. Solving administrative and economic issues.

5. Document circulation (maintenance of documentation, including verification of acts of completed works, preparation of reports and other necessary documentation every month).

Key skills and abilities:

• Experience in construction, housing and communal services, technical services will be a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in conditions multitask and quickly respond to changes.
• High organizational and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
• Documentation and project management skills.
