Main responsibilities:

• Management international roaming of the Company;
• Analysis of commercial offers, traffic and forecasting;
• Development and signing of agreements on international roaming;
• Calculation of discount models and concluded agreements;

• Coordinating commercial roaming agreements regarding the order of settlements;
• Achieving the Company’s target indicators, regarding profit/margin from the provision of international interconnect services and traffic transit;
• Maintaining correspondence relations with international partners, negotiating competitive tariffs and bilateral agreements, monitoring compliance with their implementation;
• Development of pricing strategy, routing;
• Cooperation with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders for successful complex wholesale telecom agreements;
• SLA control, traffic maintenance, analysis of the impact on the Customer experience and organization of a set of measures to implement changes to improve the Customer experience;
• Purchase of IP transit and data transmission services, with taking into account the needs of the Company in the consumption of mobile, interoperator and fixed segments.

Main requirements:

< li>Experience of working in a telecommunications company, preferably experience in the field of inter-operator business;
• Knowledge of commercial roaming agreements, international interconnect;
• Knowledge of national and European regulation/legislation in the field of telecommunications;< /li>
• English -upper intermediate, Ukrainian - business;
• Higher education.
