Project management specialist in the Technical Directorate in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a professional for the position -"Specialist in project management in the Technical Directorate"

General purpose of the position:
Coordination and support of individual processes during the implementation of projects of Data centers of the Technical Directorate.

Main functional duties:

• Support and coordination of projects for the construction of new and reconstruction of existing Data Centers (key stages of projects, assistance in risk analysis to avoid possible delays).
• Support and coordination of approval processes for the installation of new equipment in Data Centers: ensuring interaction with participants project, compliance with regulations and control of deadlines.
• Participation and support in the development of technical tasks for the design of new and reconstruction of existing Data Centers.
• Support and coordination of revocation processes of Data Centers (technological equipment and services), including assistance in creating time plans and working groups for service continuity.
• Participation and support in the development of project plans (definition of goals, tasks, deadlines, resources and teams), as well as in ensuring effective communication between project participants.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience in project management in telecommunications or similar technical environment preferred.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with all basic project management concepts, tools and methods. Understanding of project management methodology and project control.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, focus and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.< /li>
• Experience with project management programs such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Visio, etc.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages ​​- conversational, fluent technical vocabulary
