Project management expert in Fond Shidna Evropa

The international charitable organization "Eastern Europe Foundation" as part of the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian program "Electronic governance for government accountability and community participation (EGAP)" announces a competition for project management experts.

EGAP program implemented by the Foundation Eastern Europe and the Innovabridge Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, aimed at using digital technologies to improve the quality of governance, improve the interaction of authorities, businesses and citizens and promote social innovation in Ukraine.

Main tasks:

Planning and coordination of implementation

• Develop a detailed project implementation plan with the definition of stages, deadlines and responsible persons.
• Ensure plan agreement with all involved parties.
• Coordinate the execution of project tasks between teams of developers, analysts and users.

Risk and change management

• Identify and document the main risks of the project.
• Develop a risk response plan.

Monitoring and reporting

• Ensure regular updates of project implementation status.
• Prepare analytical reports for key stakeholders.

Communication and interaction with stakeholders

• Organize regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between process participants.
• Form agreed decisions on key aspects implementation.

Requirements for candidatesa/ts

• higher education in the field of Management, Business Administration, finance, IT or related fields;
• work experience in the field of project management for at least 3 years;
• experience in interaction with representatives of state institutions, public sector;
• solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
• strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, user research and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
