Your main task will be to plan, organize and conduct summits. Namely:

• Ensuring the availability of an up-to-date project implementation plan, as well as up-to-date plans for the collection of the accountable measure for all channels.
• Planning the budget of the accountable project, monitoring its compliance and searching for optimization options.< /li>
• Search, communication and involvement of top speakers, opinion leaders at events.
• Establishing effective interaction between departments involved in project implementation.
• Conducting regular planning meetings with a working group to control the execution of plans and compliance with the schedule of tasks.
• Search, interaction and control of the work of all contractors.
• Analysis of key indicators of the Internet marketing and sales departments, influence on them .
• Ensuring a high level of NPS and the level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the absence of crisis situations caused by untimely execution of work on the project.
• Organization of a high-quality electronic document storage system all company projects, documentation management, reporting.

You are our man if you have:

• Experience in the positions ofroject-manager, product-manager from 2 years.
• Experience in managing similar projects (summits) or commercial events (from the formation of the concept to summarizing the financial results).
• Deep expertise in every stage of the project.
• Good understanding of key marketing and sales indicators, experience influencing them.
• Experience in finding and engaging speakers will be an advantage.
• Knowledge trends in the business education market, conferences in Ukraine and around the world, key players and their strategies.
• Analytical mindset, ability to think in terms of goals/results/solutions.
• Clearly expressed leadership qualities, ambition, high level of communication intelligence.
• Personal time management.
