Project evaluation manager in DVV International Ukraine

DVV International in Ukraine announces a tender for the evaluation of the project "Reintegration of male and female war veterans through the creation of educational opportunities", which will be implemented in the period from October 15, 2023 to December 31, 2023 2024 in 7 communities of Ukraine with the financial support of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany. 

Applicants with appropriate qualifications are invited to participate in the tender, namely:

1. Have at least 5 years of experience in the field of evaluation of development projects and carry out at least 2 evaluations of similar projects (please provide proof of this experience).
< li>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of assessment/research methods and tools.
2. Possess excellent analytical and writing skills.
3. Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
4. Experience and knowledge veterans in Ukraine will be an advantage.

Participation in the tender requires submit a complete package of documents, namely:

a) CV of persons/teams taking participation in the assessment with a description of relevant experience; 

b) Technical proposal covering the following aspects (no more than 5 pages):

1. Proposed detailed methodology
2. Work plan including detailed implementation steps with schedule
3. Internal quality management

c) Financial offer with a description of 1) key services and their cost and 2) the total number of expert days and their cost.

All proposals must be submitted in English. Only those proposals that meet the requirements specified in the terms of reference will be considered. Detailed technical task - here .
