• Knowledge of engineering systems in construction (cooling, heating, heating, steam supply, water supply and sewerage).
• Understanding the construction process, sequence of works.
• Fluent reading of project documentation.
• Knowledge of AutoCad programs, 1C, Revit (will be an advantage).
• The skill of creating various forms of reporting — keeping time sheets, etc.
