Requirements:

• Experience as a sales department managerat least 3 years (preferably in the construction sector);
• You have qualities: responsibility, thoroughness, attention to detail, the ability to work in multitasking mode, you know how to take responsibility for your work and the work of your subordinates
• You have knowledge of building sales departments from "scratch" (selecting effective sales managers and quickly introducing them to their position)
• You have successful experience in closing large deals (you can be a good example for your subordinates)
• You have a higher education and passed sales trainings, you have knowledge of working in CRM + IR-telephony

Functionality and results:

• Full control of the work of all subordinates
• Development of "selling" texts and training of managers
• Increasing the active customer base
• Weekly manager training
• Execution of the sales plan (personal and VP)
• Solving complex issues with customers
• Weekly and monthly reporting to by the head of the company;
• Periodic knowledge check of subordinates
• Maintenance of all necessary documentation
