GO Truth Hounds is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team

Truth Hounds NGO is a human rights organization that investigates war crimes.

Full time

• Organization and implementation of projects

• Organizes team work on project implementation;

• Reports directly to the Operations Director;

• Coordinates his work with all departments of the Organization;

• Together with other managers, is responsible for achieving the goals set for the organization;

• Participates in strategic and operational planning of the Organization's activities.

Key tasks:

• Planning, coordination and organization of the project implementation process taking into account the scope of work, terms, resources and budget;

• Ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative project indicators together with the team;

• Project budgeting together with the financial manager and operations director

• Preparation of administrative project documentation, including contracts, actand other project documents; 

• Project performance monitoring;

• Preparation of reports on the status of projects and fulfillment of obligations to the donor;

• Communication with project executors, contractors, partners, donors.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education or incomplete higher education; 

• Project management skills;

• General financial, administrative and information skills

• Strategic and systems thinking;

• High communication skills.

• Excellent reporting skills

• Proficiency in English, not lower than B2 level;

• Willingness to share and support the organization's corporate values.
