An important part of the community UKU has its graduates. Interaction with them is one of the urgent priorities of the university. Regardless of where they live and what they do, graduates remain the bearers of identity and cherish the values ​​of UCU. The alumni community is an effective platform for sharing experiences, finding relevant solutions and ideas, forming effective teams, and implementing the University's mission far beyond its walls. 

The goals of Alumni Relations are to develop this community, encouraging graduates to actively participate in the life of the University, assisting in the implementation of joint and own projects.

Manager of work with data and CRM will strengthen the department team and help to qualitatively collect, in the necessary way to process various data of processes around interaction with UCU graduates and consistently fill the CRM with them system 

Future data manager and CRM:

• can transform information into structured and analytical data conclusions
• loves the research process
• shares the values ​​of UCU, wants to contribute to the creation of an influential community brand - UCU Alumni

And also meets most or all of the following criteria:

• has at least 1 year of experience with any CRM system
• understands the principles actions of information flows
• well oriented in the process of cooperation with clients of any service and level
• understands the principles of strategic communications, observes the norms of Ukrainian spelling and business ethics
• has English level B1 and above
• can work in the Google application ecosystem
• belongs to community of UKU
• has education around: marketing, memanagement, economy

Functions and features:

• updating the database of UCU graduates in CRM
• work with various departments of UCU, their databases on program graduates
• collection and analysis of various data required for department projects
• creation dashboards and illustrated reports
• creation of questionnaires on various topics around the needs of the Alumni Association
