Project Coordinator in Empire English School

Empire English School is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing and friendly team.

At EES Project Coordinator works closely with the management of Top Ukrainian and International companies, and cooperates with experts from the UK, Canada, USA, and Australia. Together, the team focuses on delivering projects of varying complexity by providing quality education services.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily progress of projects 
• Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the development team
• Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics

Success factors:

• Takes action or escalates issues at an early stage by careful control of project details
• Have at least Intermediate English level both written and spoken
• Being a good communicator
• Being structured and paying attention to details
• Being able to work in a fast-paced working environment and being able to handle many different tasks
• Deliver within deadlines
• Being able to coordinate different tasks and making sure the tasks are completed within a given timeframe
