Customer is a Europe’s leading energy service providers and contracting specialists for industry and the real-estate sector.

Project aim is to create digital synchronization between own and customer processes, exchange of documents and data and manage customer cases.

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a ServiceNOW Engineer to join our company!

Requirements

• Experience with integration and understanding of building of APIs.
• ServiceNow basic theory
• Practical experience with at least one high-level programming language.
• Experience with Web Technologies and JavaScript.
• Analytical thinking – ability to dissect customer issues and propose solutions.
• Understanding of database design and queries.

Working experience in following areas is plus:

• ServiceNow
• German language

Job responsibilities

• You will be working on one of our development projects in ServiceNow space.
• Customisation or support of enhancement requests for existing tools and processes.
• Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects.
• Work in an agile, collaborative manner and be adaptable to changing scenarios.
• Work closely with Development, BA’s, Testing team and process teams.
