International charitable organization "SOS Children's Villages Charitable Foundation" within the framework of the implementation of a new project, invites to join the team of qualified and experienced Coordinator/project

The project is designed to facilitate the implementation of the National Plan of the new Deinstitutionalization Strategy (DI) in the Volyn region. 

Duration of the project : 12 months

Requiredi professionaland competencies and skills:

• higher education (management or other related fields);
• at least 3 years of previous experience in project management, including in OGS;
• experience working with projects from international organizations;
• knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
• awareness in the field of local self-government;
< li style="font-weight: 400">leadership qualities;
• diplomacy and developed communication skills;
• fluency in the Ukrainian language;
• proficiency in English will be an advantage;
• computer and technical literacy.

Basic functionality:

• preparation of the project work plan and launch of the project;
• ensuring the comprehensive planning of project implementation at all stages;
• ensuring the implementation of project goals and objectives, in accordance with the commitments;
• participation in the development of the reporting process and in the further preparation of reports based on the results of project activities;
• preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project, conclusion of contracts, memoranda, etc. ;
• preparation of announcements, technical tasks and job descriptions of team members;
• selection of candidates for the project team, experts, conducting interviews and tests, agreeing candidates with the management of SOS DM and the donor;
• conducting communication and organizing joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in activities within the framework of the project;
• services for the preparation of presentations and analytical materials related to activities within the framework of the project and international cooperation;
• preparation of letters, including official, requests for approval to partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian and/or English languages;
• ensuring partnership interaction with the donor within the framework of project implementation;
• ensuring compliance of all purchases within the project with the policies of the SOS DM and the donor;
• development, agreement with the donor and implementation of the project monitoring system, including the mechanisms of data collection, checking the quality and compliance of data, developing databases;
• ensuring all conditions for passing project and organizational audits;
• providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.
