Project coordinator in Stabilizeyshen support servisez, BO, BF

Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" (BO "BF "SSS") announces an open competition for the position of project coordinator in the project "Supporting the capacity of the social protection system of the population regarding the registration of internally displaced persons", which is implemented by the BF "SSS" with the financial support of the UNHCR.

The contract is concluded with the FOP 3 group

Term of contract: until December 2024

Since 2015, the charitable organization "Stabilization Support Services Charitable Foundation" has been engaged in supporting and helping people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as building institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country.

The team of BF SSS works both at the local level with regional coordinators and at the national level with the involvement of our national experts. Our main focus is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the work of regional coordinators, lawyers and social specialists;
• Facilitating activities such as training, local stakeholder meetings;
• Preparing reports and other project documentation;
• Development of the calendar plan-schedule of the project;
• Assessment of risks when planning project activities;
• Collection, systematization and visualization of data necessary for project implementation ;
• Coordination of the organization of project activities;
• Coordination of internal activities with the exchange of knowledge and best practices between project executors;
• Creation and maintenance of project databases;

• Preparation of requests, appeals and other documents;
• Control of purchases and communication with beneficiaries.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper intermediate minimum);
• Experience in providing services in this field for at least 1 year;
• Experience in governmental or non-governmental organizations will be an advantage;
• Experience in data management and project managementdocumentation;
• Experience in organizing trainings and seminars;
• A confident user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite;
• Ability to meet deadlines.

The competition will take place in three stages: the first stage is evaluation of resumes, the second stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the first stage, and the third stage is the provision of recommendations.
