Project coordinator in Conto

We are looking for a responsible and organized project coordinator to manage processes, coordinate team work and monitoring the execution of tasks according to the plan.

Main duties:

• work with project contracts and customer support contracts:
• control over compliance with the terms of the contract by all project participants;
• control of the delivery of works in accordance with the technical specifications and applications;
• coordination of acts of completed works;< /li>
• reception and registration of applications for revisions and changes from clients;
• coordinating terms and deadlines for the execution of applications;
• allocation of labor costs for the implementation of applications;
• li>interaction with the team, clients and partners;
• risk management and problem solving.

Requirements:

• understanding of the essence and structure of accounting and management systems;
• Experienced user of the BAS system;
• Knowledge of the basics of management/accounting is an advantage;< /li>
• Ability to manage projects: planning, coordination, monitoring and control of task execution;
• Experience of working with project documentation and understanding of basic business processes;
• Confident use of management tools projects (Jira, Trello, etc.);
• Organization, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
