Are you passionate about Project Management and ready to take a challenge of independent project support. Nestle Business Service Lviv is looking for Project Specialist, leading Master Data Acceleration program. 

You will contribute to Roadmap creation & execution, collaborating with Global - IT / IBS, Zones, Categories, Markets and NBS Stakeholders. 

You will be able to apply your skills and knowledge on accurate & on time reporting following the methodology, Independently manage large data collection with progress tracking, blocking items resolution, implementing improvement ideas in your projects. 

You are: 

• Having a University degree (business, mathematical or similar) 

• English on at least Upper Intermediate level  
   

• Experienced with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English 

• Experienced working in a global environment and with virtual teams 

• Experienced in managing Continuous Improvement, IT development, Transformation or other projects 

• Understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) 

• Having a Change Management and Stakeholder management experience 

• Understanding of business process transformation and ability to translate it into roadmap milestones 

• Ability to think outside of the box  

• Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial  

With you we will 

• Align on the best Methodology to be used to deliver Automation and Transition roadmap  

• Run planning exercise (Data Gathering, Resource planning, Stakeholder Alignment) 

• Support Tool / Process Requirement Documentation 

• Ensure on time preparation activities for the project, including Project Charter and Business Case. 

• Ensure all relevant data for project follow up and reporting are timely available and accurate: i.e. financials & invoice matching, team members time tracking, action logs, issues logs, risks logs, tasks management 

• Participate and Lead (where applicable) project meetings with team members and stakeholders (follow up on action logs, weekly operations reviews) 

• Identify, Propose resolution and Escalates project Risks / Issues and Impact on scope / resources / timing / budget changes to the relevant stakeholders on a needed basis 

• Fully support Program Manager in the usage of standard project management tools (Service Now, PM toolkit, ..)
