Specialist in managing projects and programs in the field of intangible production (Project Portfolio Manager) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for an energetic and persistent professional for the position"Specialist in managing projects and programs in the field of intangible production (Project Portfolio Manager)"

Purpose of the position:

Management of the company's project portfolio in order to ensure the achievement of strategic goals.

Main functional duties:

Plans, forecasts and provides implementation of the company's project portfolio.

Provides methodological support for initiatives during the stages of initiation, approval and implementation. Works closely with key stakeholders, business owners and technical teams.

Works with the project portfolio in the JIRA system: forms and analyzes samples, monitors SLAs for approval and implementation, consolidates reporting.

Contributes to efficiency work of managers regarding the implementation of projects, provides methodological support.

Ensures prioritization of projects in the portfolio according to strategic company goals. Applies and adjusts prioritization tools according to the company's current goals.

Analyzes indicators of project portfolio status and risk management, identifies bottlenecks and provides solutions. 

Consolidates the results of the analysis of the project portfolio and related issues. Forms conclusions and provides suggestions for improvement. Prepares materials for presentation at operational committees.

Qualification requirements:

Higher financial/management education (preferred)

Work experience no less than 1 year in project and/or portfolio management or business analysis.

Confident user of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence. 

Knowledge of the English language at the upper-intermediate level.
