BGV Group Management
For one of the projects of the BGV group of companies, we invite a Project Administrator / Financial Analyst to join the team, who will provide effective financial and operational support for projects.
Main tasks:
Coordination and control of project implementation schedules;
Maintenance and control of contractual document flow (contracts, acts, invoices);
Formation of the payment calendar and control of payments;
Control of the project budget (CAPEX), analysis of costs and deviations;
Checking the compliance of the completed works with the approved estimates;
Control of receivables and payables;
Participation in the preparation management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow);
Preparation of minutes of meetings and control of tasks;
Participation in the control of warehouse stocks and inventories.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience of 2 years or more (economist, financial analyst, manager projects);
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
Experience with BAS ERP;
Desirable: knowledge of MS Project, experience in construction;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, systematic;
Responsibility and focus on result.
We offer:
Salary:
45,000 UAH during the trial period
60,000 UAH after;
Official employment;
Work schedule: 09:00–18:00;
Work in the office (Kyiv, Obolonska St., 29a);
Participation in projects with a clear financial structure and influence on the result.
