Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of grant-giving public organizations through the dissemination of the Fund's expert and professional experience.
- Contributing to the achievement of project performance indicators and strategic goals of the Fund through the development and achievement of grant program performance indicators.
- Preparation and conduct of the grant competition: definition of the main parameters (purpose, tasks, main activities, target audience) and budget formation.
< li>Conducting informational meetings for potential applicants and grantees.- Conducting the analysis and selection of funding applications: organizing the work of the evaluation committee, conducting interviews with potential by grantees.
- Finalization of applications together with a potential grantee and the grants and contracts department: identification of strengths / weaknesses of applications, correction of applicants and grantees.
- Preparation of internal forms for issuing and closing grants.< /li>
- Constant communication with grantee teams regarding the progress of their projects, resolution of possible difficulties and approval of communication materials.
- Monitoring visits to grantees (if possible).
- Approval of interim and final analytical reports: checking the achievement of planned results and the availability and completeness of supporting documents.
- Participation in public events of grantees as a speaker.
- Preparation of final reporting documents and responses to requests donor.
Qualification requirements:
- higher education in sociology, social work, public administration, management, political science, economics , international relations or related specialties;
- excellent familiarity with accounting standards and practices in Ukraine;
- work experience in international or public organizations (project coordinator / project coordinator or project manager / project manager) from 1 year, previous experience with grants will be an advantage;
- attention to details and excellent organizational skills are mandatory;
- professional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office - mandatory; familiarity with MS Project and accounting programs will be an advantage;
- ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with high demands and clear deadlines, ability to set priorities to ensure results;
- excellent communication skills, ability establish and maintain effective cooperation with colleagues and partners;
- excellent command of the Ukrainian language is mandatory; proficiency in English at a level sufficient for professional communication (written and oral) is mandatory.
