We are currently looking for a program manager with the ability to manage people and processes and ensure stability, order and development.

Basic tasks

RISE Product Cycle Management

• Formation of the general content plan together with the methodologist.
• Control of the preparation of materials, Zoom sessions and events.
• Ensuring the stability of processes and timeliness of execution.

Working with mentors

• Search and involvement of mentors.
• Adaptation and introduction to the product.
• Training and support.
• Curating, including VIP-directions.

Work with moderators and community

• Hiring community managers and group moderators.
• Adaptation and support in work.
• Quality control.
• Regular communication.

Communication with participants

• Presence in chats at the level of process control.
• Coordination of answers to key questions.
• Control of moderation of Zoom sessions and events.

Working with speakers and experts

• Approval of candidates.
• Conducting negotiations.
• Coordination of speech formats.
• Submitting materials for revision as needed.

Base of experts and contractors

• Formation and maintenance of a database of experts and contractors.
• Constant updating.
• Communication and support.

Control of event organization

• GRAND discussions.
• Large offline events and conferences.
• Annual key event.
• Logistics, processes, timings, team.
